Camu is provided with the certification ISO 9001:2015

The guideline quality policy is to provide customer satisfaction through constant actions implemented to prevent any cause of dissatisfaction. For this purpose, according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 is an accurate guide for the operation and allows a precise measurement of all factors that can affect the quality of products offered to our customers.

The quality policy of CAMU is made operational in the conduct of its business by applying the following principles for action and making choices which allow to:

• Make available human, technical and financial provisions to ensure the proper management of plant and process control;

• Ensure maximum transparency of activities performed in relation to major customers and smaller ones;

• Activate the appropriate control measures on the quality of the treated material and the final product;

• Set management activities in full compliance with applicable regulations and legislative requirements;

The implementation of this policy is the responsibility of everyone, starting from the Management , that in accordance with stated policy is committed to enable and manage the corresponding behaviors and methods of operation within the company. The Management is also committed to regularly review the contents of that document so as to ensure its appropriateness and its continuous update. With these objectives clearly and precisely defined the management is pointing to a gradual growth of productive potential, while allowing full autonomy and discretion to every single employee within the limits of its responsibilities.
